Often there are chores your family has as basic contributions to your home like making the bed or putting dirty clothes in hamper. Kids are not paid for these chores.
Make these part of your Expectations / You're Fired template. This will ensure those everyday expected chores get done!
Customize it, print it, and mark it with an X! Every time your Kid deviates from an Expectation they get a warning (X's) and on the last warning X you get to FIRE your Kid for that pay period.
They lose their incentive NOT FIRED Bonus, take away the TEAMWORK Bonus for everyone and face the consequence(s) set. This allows them to fully understand and manage their own consequence. It's simple. It's clear. X marks the spot!
