WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE FIRED?

  • It means they were caught _ times (X warning given each time) deviating from Family Expectations set. Could be different expectations/rules, could be the same rule multiple times. 
  • It means they face a consequence(s).
  • It means their monthly NOT FIRED BONUS is taken away.
  • It means they’ve taken away the family TEAMWORK BONUS for everyone.
  • (If it happens that your Kid is FIRED more than once in a month, they continue to face consequences).

NOT FIRED BONUS

  • A significant $ Bonus is held at the beginning of the month for each Kid, encouraging them to stay NOT FIRED.
  • If your Kid is FIRED, then the $ Bonus is taken away and not paid out on pay day.

TEAMWORK BONUS

  • This bonus promotes teamwork by encouraging each Kid to do their part and work together so none of them get Fired. 
  • If successful each sibling gets: 
    • paid out $ on pay day
    • parent(s) give a special family experience or outing to celebrate this success.

WHAT IS KIDS KASH?

  • Kids Kash can represent real dollars or points and can be added up to represent special rewards or experiences for your Kids.  
    • e.g. $15 Kids Kash = sleepover at a friends.
  • Kids Kash values can be customized to suit your family needs or values.

HOW DOES ONE GET HIRED?

  • Kids apply for Jobs (choose a chore) from the JOB POSTINGS.
  • Kids are rewarded for completion and tracked for pay day.
  • Parent(s) to customize Kids Kash payout to suit their Family.

HOW DOES ONE BECOME EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH?

  • Parent(s) choice based on Family Values, Not Fired, Teamwork and Hired
    • Kids choice (parent{s} approved) reward for entire month!
  • Parent(s) submit their EOM to our HFK EOTM Contest based on criteria.
